Fees quoted are solely for SKC's services and do not include application fees payable to colleges, competitive examination fees, or set-up fees for family offices. Unless otherwise stated in writing, any taxes, government charges, third-party costs or disbursements applicable to a service may be payable in addition to SKC's professional fees.
4. Payments
Where a payment is required to confirm a consultation or engagement, payment instructions and applicable terms will be communicated before payment is made. A payment does not alter the scope of services unless the relevant service terms expressly state otherwise.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, processing rules and fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete and reasonably up to date, responding within agreed timelines, and making decisions based on the information and professional input available to them. Delays or inaccurate information may affect timelines or outcomes.
6. No Guaranteed Outcome
SKC does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, employment or career outcome, investment return, capital raise, real estate outcome, family-office outcome or other specific result. Outcomes may depend on third parties, market conditions, institutional decisions, regulatory requirements and other factors outside SKC's control.
7. Confidentiality and Proprietary Materials
Confidential information shared by clients will be handled in accordance with SKC's Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement agreement. Proprietary frameworks, assessments, reports, strategies, documents and other materials prepared by SKC remain SKC's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific materials supplied for an engagement are intended for the client's authorised use and must not be shared with non-clients without permission.
8. Third-Party Providers and Information
SKC may work with or refer clients to third-party institutions, consultants, financial or professional service providers, educational institutions and other organisations. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, SKC does not control those third parties and does not assume responsibility for their independent acts, omissions, fees, policies or decisions.
